Omoye Zindzi Iyayi is an associate in the firm.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Benin, Second Class honours
from the Nigerian Law School, and a Master of Sciences in Human Resources and
Development Management with distinction from the University of Birmingham, United
Kingdom.
She has considerable experience advising clients on multi-layer partnerships;
including but not limited to public private partnerships, corporate compliance and
monitoring and evaluation of complex national and state-wide projects.
Omoye has garnered experience from working with multinational corporations and
liaising closely with several federal and state government agencies as a contract
negotiator and advisor. In addition to this, she has worked with several private
organisations in the engineering and education sector as a human resources and
legal advisor.
